Consultation and Event Process


STEP ONE
Our lighting designer will consult with you via e-mail, phone, and/or will meet with you at the venue and discuss
lighting options, colours and textures. Since we have provided lighting with numerous venues found on our
event galley page, we may already be familiar with the layout of your venue to provide you an accurate quote.

STEP TWO
Once our lighting designer has consulted in full with you and sent you a proposal and quote. You will have a
chance to consult as many times as you need prior to committing to the final design. There is no charge for this

STEP THREE
When you are satisfied with the proposal and quote, Illuminating Celebrations will submit a final proposal and
contract for review and signature. Illuminating Celebrations requests a 50% deposit at this time to secure the
time and date of the booking which allows us to begin the pre-production process. The remaining balance is
due on or before your event date.

FOLLOW-UP
After booking, we will follow-up with you and your other vendors as the date nears to make sure all the details
are covered!

DAY OF THE EVENT
On the day of the event, the lighting will be delivered, installed, focused and tested by the lighting designer. The
lighting console will be programmed to the exact requirements of your event. All cabling and equipment is
placed as sensitively as possible so as not to stand out.
